Our tours are designed to provide an enjoyable and safe cycling experience through the beautiful landscapes and historic sites of Puglia. At present, we do not process online transactions through the Website. All bookings and inquiries must be made via email, phone, or other contact methods provided on the Website.

 

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • Booking Process: To book a tour or rental, please contact us directly through the provided email or phone number.

  • Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon with Puglia Bike Experience.

  • Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is received. You will receive a confirmation by us either via email, whatsapp or in person, with the details of your reservation.

 

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation by Puglia Bike Experience: In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your tour.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.

 

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Puglia Bike Experience strives to provide accurate and reliable information about our tours and services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the tour.

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Website.

  • Potential inaccuracies in the content provided on the Website.

  • External links to third-party websites, over which we have no control.

Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. It is recommended that you have personal travel insurance covering cycling activities.
